[Traveler's Journal] - Flashback - 09/2005 - USA - Pennsylvannia - Street Art Murals in the city of Philadelphia

I was on a hop-on-hop-off tour bus in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvannia when I noticed the building walls were painted around the city. The tour guide was sort of telling us that these paintings were encouraged instead of graffiti which really made the buildings look very interesting.
