Made a difference when I travelled to Vigan

Whenever I travel to another country I always look into the possibility of being able to make a difference . So I handcarry handmade dresses with me to distribute to disadvantaged kids whether they live in an orphanage or meet with a local government official to ask for assistance as to where the best place would be to distribute the dresses. For the travel I just did about a week ago where I visited the Unesco world heritage site of Vigan Ilocos Sur, before my best friend and I started our touring journey of the location,  we visited an indigent day-care center and a public school where indigent kids go to school and gave the kids the dresses I handcarried with me all the way from Sydney.

Vigan Ilocos Sur is about an hour by plane from Manila or about 8-10 hours by bus but we took the plane as we only had 2nights/3 days to spend. We needed to go back to Manila to finish some official business matters. The school was about half-an hour away from the main Vigan City but we had fun riding a tricycle to get to the area and back. It was good to make a difference to these kids, made their day happy with their new dresses.
