Every year I try to come up with new advent calendar designs. I had to make new calendars from old designs as I was getting a few enquiries about them, in fact I had 2 orders of the "Angel" design. There will be new designs available in the next few days but I think that would be a bit late to enjoy for this Christmas. I would still be posting them and make available for purchase in my website but most likely they will be enjoyed in next year's Christmas. These advent calendars make great keepsakes to give at Christmas time for kids and adults alike. All my fabric calendars are either machine and/or hand-quilted, all 100% cotton and double-stitched on the edges. Because they are handmade, quantities are very limited and could be one-of-a-kind.
I try to make my quilted advent calendars as fun to use for everyone and sometimes include surprises for kids to enjoy and help them learn how to count or keep track of days in a month and re-usable every Christmas season. As a Christmas bonus, the dowel is included in your purchase so you can easily hang the advent calendar.
To give you an idea as to how these calendars look like on their own, I have made them available below and also put some light decors to make them look festive and bright. What else can you do with the advent calendars aside from counting the days but put lights. You can use them to decorate your walls near where your Christmas tree might be standing or next to a nativity set if you have one or just on its own. By the way, the christmas lights are for decoration only and not included in the advent calendar if you make a purchase. Click on each of the images below for more information on size of calendar and pricing.
1) Good tidings of great joy.
2) Jolly Christmas
3) Jolly Santa
4) Season's Greetings
Check them out and make a purchase if you like any one of them. They really make great keepsakes and can be handed down from generation to generation. They do not easily get damaged as they are made of fabrics that are 100% cotton. Make a purchase and enjoy counting the days before Christmas.
